About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our retail operations team based in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving store performance and ensuring operational excellence. As Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store management, from daily operations and staff leadership to customer service excellence and financial performance. This role is essential to achieving our business objectives and maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

What you'll be doing

• Leading and motivating store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain operational standards
• Managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and stock replenishment
• Monitoring financial performance, including sales targets, budgets, and profitability metrics
• Implementing company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience
• Recruiting, training, and developing team members to build a high-performing workforce
• Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintaining store cleanliness, safety, and security in accordance with company guidelines

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in retail store management or similar supervisory role within the retail and consumer products sector
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and financial objectives
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop team members
• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to resolve customer complaints effectively
• Proficiency in retail management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software
• Sound knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and merchandising practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and upper management
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation and cleanliness
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred
