Job summary

PT Pretzelindo Sukses Pratama, the authorized Auntie Anne's Indonesia operator, is seeking a Store Leader to drive day-to-day outlet performance, uphold service quality, and lead a small team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing operations, achieving sales targets, training crew, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires a hands-on leader ready to work shifts and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK Culinary (Preferred) or Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Store Leader, Supervisor, or similar in F&B or retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-oriented with strong operational understanding.
• Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Familiar with POS systems, stock management, and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Outlet Operations Management: Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure SOPs, service and product quality standards are met.
• Sales & Profitability: Achieve outlet sales targets and implement HO promotional programs.
• Team Management: Schedule crew, coach performance, and advise on contracts/promotions.
• Administration & Reporting: Prepare daily sales/cash reports and manage stock/inventory.
• Audit & SOP Compliance: Follow up on audits and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Authority: Conduct performance evaluations and approve attendance-related requests.
