Job summary

PT Pretzelindo Sukses Pratama in Bali seeks a Store Leader to oversee daily outlet operations, uphold SOPs and service standards, and drive product quality while achieving sales targets.

You will lead a small team, schedule shifts, coach staff, manage stock and reports, and ensure food safety compliance. Willingness to work weekends/holidays is required and placement will align with business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK Culinary or Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Store Leader, Supervisor, or similar in the F&B or retail industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-oriented with strong operational understanding.
• Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Familiar with POS systems, stock management, and basic reporting.
• Discipline, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be placed according to company operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Outlet Operations Management: Supervise and oversee all daily outlet operations, ensure SOPs and service standards, prepare for business hours, handle escalated customer complaints, achieve sales targets, execute promotions.
• Team Management: Prepare and manage crew work schedules, coach and evaluate staff, recommend contracts/extensions, maintain discipline and collaboration.
• Administration & Reporting: Prepare daily sales and cash reports, manage petty cash, conduct stock opname, manage raw material ordering and system transactions, input crew schedules, attend training and meetings, report damages/incidents.
• Audit & SOP Compliance: Follow up on audit findings, maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Authority: Conduct crew evaluations, recommend extensions, make daily decisions, prepare incident reports, approve attendance requests, issue warnings and sanctions.

We are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent service standards through our growing network of outlets across major cities in Indonesia.

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our team as a Store Leader.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1) Outlet Operations Management

• Supervise and oversee all daily outlet operations.
• Ensure the implementation of SOPs, service standards, and product quality standards.
• Ensure the outlet is fully prepared and operational according to business hours.
• Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints effectively.
• Achieve outlet sales targets and business objectives.
• Execute promotional programs initiated by Head Office.

3) Team Management

• Prepare and manage crew work schedules.
• Conduct daily briefings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations for crew members.
• Provide recommendations regarding contract extensions, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain team discipline, motivation, and collaboration.

4) Administration & Reporting

• Prepare daily sales reports and cash deposit reports.
• Manage petty cash and ensure no discrepancies occur.
• Ensure daily stock opname is conducted accurately and matches physical inventory.
• Manage raw material ordering based on outlet operational needs.
• Process raw material receiving transactions in the system.
• Input crew schedules into the HRIS system.
• Attend training sessions and meetings conducted by Head Office or supervisors.
• Report any outlet damages or extraordinary incidents promptly.

5) Audit & SOP Compliance

• Follow up on findings from internal and external audits.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards within the outlet.

6) Authority

• Conduct crew performance evaluations.
• Recommend crew contract extensions.
• Make daily operational decisions within the assigned authority.
• Prepare official outlet incident reports (Berita Acara).
• Approve crew attendance-related requests.
• Issue warnings and recommend disciplinary sanctions.
