Job summary

PT. Wonderlab is seeking a Store Leader / Outlet Leader for Wonderlab Playground to drive daily operations, supervise the team, and ensure safety and hygiene standards while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will lead and coach Crew performance, conduct briefings, manage reports, handle complaints, and coordinate with Engineering to maintain equipment. The role requires strong people skills and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in playgrounds, edutainment, F&B, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong communication with children, parents, and team members.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Store Leader / Outlet Leader for Wonderlab Playground, responsible for leadership and operational management of the outlet. The role focuses on leading and directing the team, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining safety and hygiene standards, and delivering excellent customer experience.

About you

Minimum SMA/SMK education; D3/S1 is an advantage

Minimum 2 years experience as Leader/Supervisor in playground, kids activity, edutainment, F&B, retail, hospitality, entertainment, or customer service

Experience in playground or children's business is highly valued

Ability to lead and direct teams

Willing to work shift schedules, weekends, and public holidays

Strong communication skills with children, parents, customers, and team

Customer experience and outlet target oriented

Able to handle customer complaints effectively

Detail-oriented in administration, operational reports, and cash handling

Understanding of basic occupational health and safety, child safety, hygiene, and play area security

Willing to perform hands-on operational work
