Responsibilities

• Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure the Kids Club area is clean, hygienic, and free of hazards to guarantee a safe playing environment for children.
• Active Supervision: Closely monitor and assist children during all indoor and outdoor activities (including splash pads or children's pool areas, if applicable).
• Safety Protocols: Enforce safety guidelines and apply basic first aid procedures immediately in the event of minor injuries.
• Lead Daily Activities: Facilitate scheduled daily programs created by the Kids Club Supervisor (e.g., arts and crafts, face painting, storytelling, educational games, or treasure hunts).
• Warm & Engaging Interaction: Create a welcoming, energetic, and nurturing environment where children from diverse cultural backgrounds feel safe, included, and entertained.
• Support Special Events: Assist in organizing and executing special children's events, holiday programs (e.g., Easter, Halloween, Christmas), or birthday celebrations.
• Check-in/Check-out Process: Warmly greet parents and children, process registration forms (recording dietary needs, allergies, and emergency contact details), and verify parent IDs during pickup.
• Parent Communication: Inform parents about daily schedules and provide polite, professional updates regarding their child's behavior and well-being.

4. Housekeeping & Facility Maintenance

Sanitization: Clean, disinfect, and organize toys, books, art supplies, and furniture continuously throughout the day, especially after scheduled sessions.

Inventory & Maintenance: Keep track of craft supplies, ensure equipment is stored neatly, and promptly report damaged toys or low stock to the supervisor.
