Job summary

PT. Wonderlab is seeking a Store Leader / Outlet Leader for Wonderlab Playground to drive daily operations, supervise the team, and ensure safety and hygiene standards while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will lead and coach Crew performance, conduct briefings, manage reports, handle complaints, and coordinate with Engineering to maintain equipment. The role requires strong people skills and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in playgrounds, edutainment, F&B, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong communication with children, parents, and team members.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily outlet operations
• Lead and monitor Crew performance
• Conduct team briefings before operations
• Ensure safety, hygiene, hospitality, and service standards are maintained
• Inspect playground conditions and equipment
• Handle customer complaints
• Ensure Wonderlab SOPs are followed by all team members
• Monitor team attendance, grooming, and discipline
• Prepare daily operational reports
• Support revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Coordinate with Engineering for equipment repairs
• Conduct coaching and performance evaluations for Crew
