Job summary

Xiaomi Technology in Indonesia is seeking a highly experienced Regional Retail Store Manager to lead the regional retail operations. You will oversee directly operated and authorized stores, set sales targets, and drive market share growth across the region.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in sales/retail, 5+ years in regional management, and a track record in consumer electronics. Proficiency in English is required, with a Bachelor's degree or higher.

Qualifications

Skilled in project management, able to efficiently implement tasks.

Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English as a working language.

Bonus Points: 80-100 store management experience, store expansion experience, 3C industry experience.
