Bukalapak in Indonesia is seeking a Store Development Officer on a 6-month contract to drive the end-to-end development and fit-out of new stores. You will shape concepts, coordinate designs, and manage site progress with contractors and vendors to ensure openings on time.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners, attention to detail, and willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, construction, or fit-out.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read basic drawings.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Willing to travel to project sites.
• Willing to work on a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end development and fit-out of new stores from concept to opening.
• Develop store concepts, layouts, and project proposals with vendors.
• Identify and source contractors and coordinate vendor selections.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with stakeholders, contractors, suppliers.
• Conduct site surveys and monitor progress to align with plans.
• Review drawings and quotations with stakeholders.
• Coordinate final site inspections and ensure readiness.
