Responsibilities include regular stock checks, updating inventory systems, and coordinating with teams to ensure stock levels are adequate while adhering to safety procedures and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Stock Keeper role is based in Kecamatan Medan Area and is responsible for maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock. The Stock Keeper will receive, inspect, and store materials, verify quantities against delivery documents, and update inventory systems in a timely manner. Daily tasks include organizing stock locations, performing regular stock checks, and reporting discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors. The role also involves coordinating with purchasing and operations teams to ensure adequate stock levels, preparing items for dispatch, and following safety and cleanliness procedures in storage areas.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Stock Management skills to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Candidates should possess solid Inventory Control skills, including the ability to perform regular counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities to improve storage and stock flow efficiency.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Ability to work on-site in Kecamatan Medan Area and perform manual handling tasks safely.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a focus on accuracy in documentation and recordkeeping.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or stock keeping is preferred; relevant vocational or high school education is beneficial.
