Job summary

The Cutler Prime Rib, part of Allez Group, is seeking an experienced Steward to join our kitchen team in Jakarta. The role requires overseeing the stewarding section, maintaining high hygiene standards, and coordinating with kitchen staff across shifts.

Candidate should have at least 3 years in stewarding, preferably with Senior/Chief Steward background, and be comfortable in a non-halal kitchen environment with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Stewarding
• Senior Steward / Chief Steward experience preferred
• Experience in pork and non-halal kitchen environments
• Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Able to supervise and coordinate the Stewarding team
• Responsible for stewarding equipment, cleanliness, and waste management
• Good leadership, discipline, and teamwork
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts
