Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Logistics Operations experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Mandatory experience in Steel Manufacturing, Steel Distribution, Heavy Equipment, Metal Fabrication, or other Heavy Industrial Manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end inbound & outbound logistics.
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, material flow, and storage.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Sales to ensure smooth movement of materials.
• Manage transportation, distribution, fleet operations, and 3PL providers.
• Ensure on-time deliveries, resolve logistics issues, and optimize logistics costs.
• Supervise logistics teams and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate export shipments, including loading & unloading, transport arrangements, and port operations.
