Job summary

Xingyun Group, based in Indonesia, seeks a logistics coordinator to oversee warehouse inbound/outbound activities and ensure shipment data accuracy. You will monitor end-to-end local delivery, track shipments, and close PODs, while addressing delays, damages, and returns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of local Indonesian logistics or cross-border experience.
• Familiar with trucking, courier, and last-mile delivery operations.
• Proficient in Excel for shipment tracking, data management, and invoicing.
• English or Mandarin proficiency preferred.
