Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major, preferably Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics/Supply Chain (Bachelors degree required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to improvise under pressure.
• Prioritization and cross-functional communication are essential.
• Adaptive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, order progress, and delivery status.
• Oversee logistics progress including inventory control, shipping, and customer service.
• Analyze procedures and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
• Set and manage warehouse team schedules and driver assignments per orders.
• Establish productivity standards and controls to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements.
