Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major, preferably Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics/Supply Chain (Bachelors degree required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to improvise under pressure.
• Prioritization and cross-functional communication are essential.
• Adaptive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Oversee and manage logistics progress including inventory control, shipping, and customer service

Help business leaders understand and manage expectations to improve relationships with suppliers, customers, and employees

Analyze current company operation procedures and create necessary measures for improvement

Monitor volume of business and determine appropriate work schedule for warehouse team and drivers according to customer orders

Set productivity standards and establish necessary controls to ensure objectives are met

Constantly monitor drivers and shipment process to create an efficient and error-free culture

Comply with warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying supplier and customer regulations

Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols

Inspect equipment, issue work orders for repair, and requisitions for replacement

About you

Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics/Supply Chain

Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics

Responsible with strong problem-solving skills

Skilled at prioritization of work and cross-function communication

Adaptive and able to work under pressure
