Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within the retail FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of logistics systems, warehouse management, and transportation strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Experience in leading system transformation

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and distribution in the area
• Ensure the seamless flow of goods across the supply chain while minimising costs and delivery times.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics providers, including transportation and warehouse partners.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery lead times, cost per shipment, and inventory turnover.
• Develop contingency plans to address potential risks, such as supply disruptions or transportation delays.
