Job summary

PT. Smart Cakrawala Aviation seeks an experienced Fleet Maintenance Lead to support safe, reliable, and airworthy operation of our diverse fleet. The role focuses on maintaining aircraft reliability, operational readiness, and high aviation safety standards in a dynamic environment.

The candidate will oversee technical disciplines, engage with DGCA and AMOs, and drive continued airworthiness across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Aviation Engineering, or related field.
• Valid AMEL with B737-300/400/500, C208, PC6, PAC 750, BELL412, EC130, C172 type ratings.
• Minimum 10 years of aviation technical/maintenance experience.
• Experience as Key Person / Nominated Person / Post Holder in an AOC organization is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CASR Part 43, 65, 91, 119, 121 and/or 135.
• Experience in DGCA audits, surveillance, certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Technical Department.
• Ensure aircraft continuing airworthiness and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee Maintenance Control, Engineering, Planning, Technical Records, and Reliability.
• Coordinate with DGCA, approved AMOs, and internal Key Persons.
• Ensure fleet safety, reliability, compliance, and operational readiness.

The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining aircraft reliability, operational readiness, and the highest standards of aviation safety in a dynamic operational environment.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Aviation Engineering, or related field
• Hold Valid AMEL minimal 5 Years with related type of Aircraft (B737-300/400/500, C208, PC6, PAC 750, BELL412, EC130, C172)
• Minimum 10 years of aviation technical/maintenance experience.
• Previous experience as Key Person / Nominated Person / Post Holder in an AOC organization is highly preferred.

• Experienced in Continuing Airworthiness, Maintenance Control, Engineering, Planning, MEL, AMP, AD/SB, Reliability, and Technical Records.
