Job summary

Citilink Indonesia is seeking a Senior Captain for on-site operations in Gambir. Responsible for safe flight operations, crew leadership, and regulatory compliance across scheduled and charter services.

Requires ATPL with A320 rating, PIC experience on commercial jets, and strong English/Indonesian communication skills. Must be able to lead cockpit and cabin coordination, mentor junior crew, and participate in recurrent training and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• ATPL licence with A320 type rating and current medical.
• Extensive PIC experience on commercial jets with strong safety record.
• Knowledge of international and Indonesian aviation regulations and SOPs.
• Strong leadership, CRM, and mentoring skills for crew.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe and efficient operation of scheduled and charter flights.
• Oversee pre-flight planning, aircraft inspection, route review.
• Coordinate with flight dispatch and ground operations.
• Supervise First Officers and mentor junior crew.
• Monitor systems, ensure regulatory and SOP compliance.
• Participate in recurrent training, safety reporting, and improvements.
