Job summary

PT Bizlink Technology Indonesia is seeking a Support Sales/Program Manager to ensure excellent service to customers. You will handle day-to-day order processing, verify PO pricing against quotes, check MOQ and shipment terms, and track orders to confirm material availability and delivery schedules.

You will coordinate with planners and customers, prepare reports, and analyze negative margin products to propose solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing company.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using CRM and sales tools to track metrics.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day orders and verify PO pricing vs quotes, MOQs and shipment terms.
• Track orders, confirm material availability, production capacity and delivery schedules.
• Expedite urgent material and production requests to satisfy customer requirements.
• Meet with planners and customers to update account status.
• Prepare documents and reports for customers.
• Analyze negative-margin products and report findings with proposed solutions.

Job description

Support Sales, Program manager to ensure excellent service to customers.

Day-day order processing, to verify the PO pricing versus the quote price, MOQ and shipment term.

Day-day order tracking, to confirm the material availability, production capacity and delivery schedule.

Expediting urgent demands on material and production to satisfy customer’ requirement.

Regular meeting with planners and update customers for the status on accounts.

Participation needed to require meeting with PM/Sales/Customers.

Prepare the documents and report for customers.

Analysis on Negative margin products and report the finding as well as the solution.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Bachelor's degreein marketing, business administration, or business related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.

At least 3 years of experience in the Manufacturing Company

Able to speak, read and type in English & Mandarin

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and team members

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance metrics and manage customer relationships.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and profitability
