Job summary

BiSA Group is seeking a detail-oriented QHSE Auditor to lead internal audits across its brands in Medan, Indonesia. The role ensures QHSE compliance, monitors PRP, GMP, food safety, and halal standards, and drives CAPA when gaps are found.

You will train outlet teams, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and maintain audit reports and QHSE documentation. A background in F&B QA and HACCP/Halal training is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in QHSE, Quality Assurance, or Food Safety, preferably in the F&B or food manufacturing industry
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Food Technology, Food Science, Public Health, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Food Safety, Halal Assurance System, GMP, PRP, internal audit, and CAPA
• Possess HACCP and Halal-related training certificates
• Able to deliver training and socialization to operational teams
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and possess high integrity
• Willing to be placed at BISA Group Head Office in Medan and conduct operational visits to assigned outlets when required

• Coordinate with related departments and outlet teams to ensure QHSE compliance
• Prepare and maintain audit reports, inspection records, and QHSE documentation
