Job summary

Sarimelati Kencana is seeking a QA Supervisor with a minimum degree in food technology or related fields and at least 3 years of QA supervision experience in bakery or food industries. The role requires strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and Halal assurance, with experience in document control and auditing, and leadership qualities.

English proficiency and willingness to work shifts, including weekends, are essential.

• Good understanding and experience in GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000 and ISO 22000, HSE, and Halal Assurance System.
• Good understanding of Document Control and auditing experience.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Available to work shifts including weekends/holidays.
