Job summary

Sunday Ins Co., Ltd. is seeking a Staff IT Infrastructure and Support in Jakarta to monitor infrastructure, support end users, and manage security and compliance activities. You will help maintain network reliability, assist with audits, and manage IT assets.

The role requires hands-on networking and server experience. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT infrastructure, solid knowledge of Cisco/MikroTik/ Fortinet devices, and familiarity with cloud services and security tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 3–5 years of IT infrastructure and support experience.
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewall, VPN, Wi‑Fi.
• Experience with network and security monitoring tools (PRTG, Zabbix, SIEM).
• Hands-on experience with network devices (Cisco, MikroTik, Fortinet, Sophos).
• Familiar with Windows Server, Active Directory, cloud infrastructure, and Google Workspace/Microsoft 365.
• Experience handling IT projects and end-user support.
• CCNA, MTCNA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Good problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work on‑call or outside office hours when required.
• Has experience in IT asset management.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily monitoring of all infrastructure and security components to ensure system stability, availability, and early detection of issues.
• Deliver end-user IT support including core applications, manage endpoint security and user access, and support the IT Manager on security compliance, audits, OJK regulations, and backup/DR/BCP activities.
• Maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, access points, VPN, and ISP links) for optimal performance, security, and availability, including incident escalation and RCA, routine maintenance and backups, vendor SLA oversight, and network documentation.
• Execute IT projects assigned by the Head of Department or IT Manager, ensuring timely delivery in line with defined scope and quality standards.
• Control IT asset check-in/check-out and maintain related asset documentation, reporting regularly to the IT Manager and Head of Department.
