Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of international freight movements, including air, sea, and land transport.
• Prepare and process all necessary import/export documentation, such as bills of lading, customs declarations, and commercial invoices.
• Liaise with customs authorities and brokers to ensure compliance with all import/export regulations.
• Track shipments from origin to destination, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Negotiate freight rates and terms with carriers and service providers.
• Resolve any issues related to customs clearance, cargo damage, or delivery delays.
• Maintain accurate records of all international transactions and associated costs.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, procurement, finance) to ensure smooth international logistics flow.
