Yayasan Al Ikhsan is seeking an HR/Personnel Administration Staff to manage employee documentation, recruitment, attendance, payroll support, and personnel administration within the educational foundation.
You will create, update, and archive files for teachers and staff, maintain personnel databases, and assist with official system registrations. Excellent MS Office skills and confidentiality are essential for success.
This is an HR/Personnel Administration Staff position responsible for managing employee documentation, recruitment, attendance, payroll support, and personnel administration within an educational foundation.
Create, update, and archive physical and digital files for all teachers and education staff (appointment letters, diplomas, educator certificates, family cards/ID cards)
Manage the foundation's personnel database (length of service, permanent/contract employee status, education history, and training records)
Assist with registration and data updates for educators/education staff in official systems (such as Dapodik/EMIS/Simpatika)
Support the selection process for prospective teachers and staff (distribute vacancy information, screen application files, arrange interview and test schedules)
Prepare employment agreement documents (PKS/Work Contracts) for new employees
Coordinate orientation programs for new educators and staff within the foundation
Record and compile daily attendance, tardiness, and employee leave/absence on a regular basis
Prepare attendance recap data and allowances for the basis of monthly salary calculations by the finance department
Handle administration of leave requests (maternity leave, annual leave, or sick leave) in accordance with foundation regulations
Process issuance of Appointment, Mutation, Promotion, and Employee Termination Decision Letters under the direction of foundation management
Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Public Administration, Office Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Law
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and spreadsheet data processing
Meticulous with strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data
