Job summary

SAGARA Technology is seeking a Software Documentation Engineer in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will prepare and maintain SRS, API documentation, technical guides, and user manuals, ensuring accuracy and consistency with project timelines.

Collaborating with developers, QA, and business analysts, you will translate complex technical information into clear, structured documentation and maintain version control. You will reflect changes with every software update and adhere to company standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
Experience in technical writing or software documentation is preferred.
Familiarity with API documentation and SRS concepts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain technical documentation including SRS, API docs, guides, and user manuals.
Translate technical information into clear, structured docs for diverse audiences.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and analysts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Review and update docs to reflect software changes and new features.
Maintain version control and ensure documentation accessibility for stakeholders.
Adhere to established standards, templates, and project requirements.
Track progress and incorporate feedback from technical reviews.
