Job summary

Qualifications

• Good technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other documentation tools.
• Understanding of application procedures, architecture, workflows, and system processes.
• Ability to develop structured technical documents including SOPs, manuals, procedures, and workflow docs.
• Excellent Indonesian writing skills with proper spelling and grammar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, review, and maintain technical documentation for applications and information systems.
• Create and update SOPs, technical manuals, and operational guidelines.
• Document application architecture, workflows, system processes, and technical specifications.
• Gather information from developers and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Translate complex technical information for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Organize and version-control technical documentation repositories.
• Review and revise documents to reflect changes in applications and procedures.
• Prepare workflow diagrams, process flowcharts, and technical illustrations as required.
• Coordinate with teams to validate information and obtain approvals.
• Ensure documents are delivered accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Support continuous improvement of documentation standards and templates.

Education

Diploma III (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Technical Communication, or related field
