Inchcape Indonesia, part of Inchcape’s global network, is seeking a Senior Manager Network Development & Enablement to join our team in South Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role you will analyse market opportunities, plan dealer coverage, and oversee the end-to-end dealer lifecycle, from recruitment to ongoing performance.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise nationwide accessibility and drive CI compliance, dealer standards, and continuous improvement, shaping the dealer network

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering or related field.
• Experience in dealer development, network planning or retail operations in automotive.
• Proficiency with market analysis tools to assess coverage and dealer performance.
• Strong data-driven mindset to analyze market coverage and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dealer network strategy and coverage plans.
• Lead recruitment and appointment of new dealers.
• Establish facility standards and operational development for dealers.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement across the network.
