Job summary

PT Multi Citra Rasa seeks an EXIM & Shipping Specialist to drive international trade operations, manage export/import life cycle, and ensure customs compliance for our beverage-focused FMCG production.

You will work with SAP TMS, negotiate freight, supervise logistics partners, and optimize budgets to scale our supply chain and support audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in EXIM operations and customs filings.
• Ability to negotiate freight rates with providers and brokers.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a high-initiative, sharp, and vibe-setting EXIM & Shipping Specialist to drive our international trade operations, streamline customs compliance, and scale our global logistics experience. What You Will Do:

Export & Import (EXIM) Operations Management: Manage full-lifecycle export and import shipments by verifying trade compliance documentation, preparing PEB/NPE and BC 2.3 customs filings, and coordinating container loading schedules.

Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Negotiate competitive freight rates and direct third-party logistics partners, customs brokers, and trucking providers to deliver on-time cargo deliveries.

Team & Operations Supervision: Oversee ground shipping personnel to ensure strict adherence to packaging, labeling, and warehouse safety standards while aligning with internal PPIC production schedules.

System Management & Cost Control: Leverage SAP TMS and analytics tools to track shipment metrics, optimize transportation budgets, resolve cargo delays, and support regulatory audits.
