• Develop Customer Journey together with CE, UI/UX, Business/prod.
• Manage and enhance the digital wealth platform to provide a seamless and personalized customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative digital solutions to address customer needs.
• Analyze customer behavior and feedback to continuously improve the digital wealth platform and services.
• Ensure the digital wealth platform is compliant with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the development of the bank's digital strategy and roadmap for the Consumer Banking Group.
