Job summary

DBS Jakarta is seeking a Senior Associate, Specialist for the Digital Wealth Platform within the Consumer Banking Group. You will drive digital investment and insurance journeys on digibank, ensuring a superior customer experience that meets evolving needs.

You will act as the primary liaison between digibank delivery, tech and business/product owners, align journeys with the bank's strategy, and collaborate across teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.

• Develop Customer Journey together with CE, UI/UX, Business/prod.
• Manage and enhance the digital wealth platform for a seamless, personalized experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative digital solutions.
• Analyze customer behavior and feedback to continuously improve the platform and services.
• Ensure the platform complies with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
