DBS is seeking a Technology leader for its Consumer Banking Group in Capital Place Branch, Jakarta Selatan. The role focuses on guiding a high-performing tech team to deliver core banking and wealth platform solutions, overseeing SDLC, and driving cloud-based modernization of platforms with microservices and modern APIs.

Strong leadership, architecture, and integration skills are essential, along with excellent stakeholder management in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering core banking or wealth management platform solutions within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding, mentoring, and developing technical teams.
• Strong technical expertise in modern banking architectures, system integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
