Job summary

PT AKT Indonesia, located in Pasuruan, East Java, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and drive performance through preventive and corrective maintenance. The role requires strong leadership, a background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, and the ability to work closely with Production.

The ideal candidate holds a related engineering degree, minimum 3 years in a supervisory role, and proficient English with Mandarin as a plus. The position is onsite in Pasuruan.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Maintenance team while monitoring productivity and maintenance performance.
• Monitor machine conditions, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Analyze machine breakdowns to minimize downtime and improve uptime.
• Collaborate with Production and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities.

Job description

A Maintenance Supervisor role in a manufacturing environment, responsible for leading and supervising the Maintenance team while ensuring optimal machine and facility performance through preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.

Key responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Maintenance team while monitoring team productivity and overall maintenance performance

Monitor machine conditions, execute preventive and corrective maintenance, and handle mechanical & electrical troubleshooting

Analyze machine breakdowns to minimize operational downtime

Collaborate and coordinate effectively with Production and other related departments

About you

Minimum D3/S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Team Leader in a manufacturing environment

Strong background in mechanical & electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance

Proficient in English (both verbal and written); proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese is an added advantage

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Willing to work in a manufacturing environment

Willing to follow the recruitment process onsite in PT AKT Indonesia (PIER)
