Job summary

PARAMA ENERGI is seeking a Logistics professional to drive efficient and reliable Fuel & Lubes distribution operations by planning, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling logistics activities to ensure timely deliveries, service excellence, operational efficiency, and supply continuity across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Distribution, Supply Chain, Fuel Operations, or related fields.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Mining, Energy, Logistics, or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate daily distribution plans based on operational requirements, supply availability, and customer demand.
• Ensure delivery schedules, fleet allocation, routing plans, and shipping arrangements are executed effectively.
• Coordinate distribution activities to achieve on-time and accurate deliveries.
• Adjust distribution schedules in response to changing priorities and business needs.
• Monitor daily Fuel & Lubes delivery execution to ensure compliance with service commitments and targets.
• Identify and resolve distribution issues, delays, and disruptions.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports covering delivery performance and logistics productivity.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Inventory, Procurement, Finance, and HSSE teams to support distribution execution.

Job Responsibilities

Distribution Planning & Execution

• Develop and coordinate daily distribution plans based on operational requirements, supply availability, and customer demand.
• Ensure delivery schedules, fleet allocation, routing plans, and shipping arrangements are executed effectively.
• Coordinate distribution activities to achieve on-time and accurate deliveries.
• Adjust distribution schedules in response to changing operational priorities and business needs.

Logistics Operations & Delivery Monitoring

• Monitor daily Fuel & Lubes delivery execution to ensure compliance with service commitments and operational targets.
• Identify, escape, and resolve distribution issues, delays, and operational disruptions.
• Ensure delivery performance meets Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements and company standards.
• Maintain visibility of logistics activities and proactively address operational risks.
• Coordinate with transporters, logistics vendors, and operational partners to ensure smooth distribution activities.
• Monitor transporter performance in terms of safety, timeliness, service quality, and compliance.
• Ensure fleet readiness, delivery documentation, and operational requirements are fulfilled before shipment execution.
• Support performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives with logistics service providers.

Logistics Performance & Reporting

• Prepare and analyze operational reports covering delivery performance, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), fleet utilization, and logistics productivity.
• Identify operational gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Develop recommendations to improve logistics efficiency and service reliability.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation for reporting and performance evaluation.

Cross Functional Coordination

• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Operations, Inventory, Procurement, Finance, and HSSE teams to support distribution execution.
• Ensure alignment between supply availability, customer requirements, and delivery commitments.
• Communicate operational updates, schedule changes, and distribution issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Support end-to-end coordination to maintain business continuity and customer satisfaction.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure all logistics and distribution activities comply with company policies, SOPs, QHSE standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor documentation accuracy and compliance across logistics operations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize distribution processes, transportation efficiency, and service performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Distribution, Supply Chain, Fuel Operations, or related fields.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Mining, Energy, Logistics, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation management, and distribution processes.
• Experience in delivery planning, routing, scheduling, and fleet utilization management.
• Proven ability to coordinate with transporters, logistics vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics performance monitoring and operational reporting.
• Understanding of OTIF, SLA, inventory management, and logistics KPIs.
• Knowledge of QHSE requirements and operational risk management in logistics activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP systems; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
