Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Indonesia seeks a Transport Planning & Networking Executive to design, plan, and continuously improve transportation networks that deliver exceptional service to customers.

This role focuses on driving operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the success of complex supply chains across Indonesia. Collaboration with Operations, Customer Service, and Commercial teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Transportation Planning, Logistics Operations, or Distribution Network Management.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, Logistics, 3PL, or Distribution environments preferred.

Drive Transportation Planning Excellence

Support Modern Trade Operations

  • Partner with customers and operations teams to support Modern Trade distribution requirements
  
  
  • Ensure transportation planning aligns with retail replenishment schedules, delivery windows, and customer service expectations
  
  
  • Drive compliance with retail operational requirements and service standards
  
  
  
  

Monitor Service Performance

  • Track and analyze transportation performance indicators, including OTIF (On Time In Full) and service delivery metrics
  
  
  • Identify service gaps and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance
  
  
  • Support customer satisfaction through reliable and efficient transportation solutions
  
  
  
  

Collaborate Across Functions

  • Work closely with Operations, Transportation, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to align planning activities with business requirements
  
  
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of transportation plans

Drive Continuous Improvement

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an analytical and commercially minded logistics professional with strong transportation planning and network management capabilities.

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Transportation Planning, Logistics Operations, Distribution Network Management, or Supply Chain Planning
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar Transportation Planning or Network Management role
Experience within FMCG, Retail, Logistics, 3PL, or Distribution environments is highly preferred
Strong understanding of Modern Trade operations, including:
