Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Junior Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain to oversee end-to-end logistics and inventory movement for retail and F&B stores. You will monitor distribution, optimize routes, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining cost efficiency.

You will coordinate with procurement, operations, and store teams, analyze inventory data, and drive process improvements using ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

Junior Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain

Job Summary
Responsible for managing and improving the end-to-end logistics and supply chain process, ensuring the timely, accurate, and cost-efficient movement of goods from suppliers/warehouse to stores. This role will oversee inventory flow, distribution, logistics operations, and supply chain systems to support the operational needs of K-Life’s retail and F&B stores.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Distribution

Manage and monitor the distribution of goods from warehouse/suppliers to stores.

Ensure deliveries are executed accurately, timely, and according to store requirements.

Coordinate delivery schedules, routes, and logistics partners/third-party vendors.

Monitor delivery performance, including lead time, accuracy, and delivery issues.

Identify and resolve logistics problems that may impact store operations.

Supply Chain Planning

Support demand and supply planning based on store needs, sales trends, and operational requirements.

Analyze stock movement and identify potential shortages or overstock situations.

Coordinate with Procurement and Operations to ensure product availability across stores.

Develop and improve replenishment and distribution processes.

System & Process Improvement

Ensure logistics and inventory transactions are accurately recorded in the company's system.

Monitor the accuracy of inventory data between system records, warehouse, and stores.

Identify gaps in existing logistics and inventory processes and recommend improvements.

Support the implementation and optimization of supply chain/logistics systems, including ERP or inventory management systems.

Develop SOPs, workflows, and controls to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.

Monitor logistics and distribution costs and identify opportunities for cost efficiency.

Evaluate logistics vendor performance and coordinate with vendors regarding service issues.

Support negotiation and review of logistics service requirements and commercial terms when needed.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare regular reports related to inventory, distribution, logistics performance, and operational issues.

Analyze logistics and inventory data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.

Provide recommendations to management based on operational and data analysis.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Merchandising, Finance, Warehouse, and Store teams.

Ensure supply chain activities support store opening, promotional activities, and day-to-day store operations.

Coordinate logistics requirements for new store openings and other business initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory, distribution, or warehouse operations.

Preferably has experience in retail, F&B, FMCG, hospitality, or other multi-outlet/store businesses.

Has experience managing distribution and logistics activities across multiple stores/outlets.

Strong understanding of inventory management, replenishment, stock movement, warehousing, and distribution processes.

Experience working with ERP/WMS/inventory management systems; experience with Odoo is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with operational data.

Good understanding of logistics cost and process efficiency.

Strong communication and coordination skills, particularly with cross-functional teams and store operations.

Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple operational priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.

Willing to conduct store visits as required.
