Job summary
PARAMA ENERGI is seeking a Logistics professional to drive efficient and reliable Fuel & Lubes distribution operations by planning, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling logistics activities to ensure timely deliveries, service excellence, operational efficiency, and supply continuity across the business.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Distribution, Supply Chain, Fuel Operations, or related fields.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Mining, Energy, Logistics, or related industries is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate daily distribution plans based on operational requirements, supply availability, and customer demand.
- Ensure delivery schedules, fleet allocation, routing plans, and shipping arrangements are executed effectively.
- Coordinate distribution activities to achieve on-time and accurate deliveries.
- Adjust distribution schedules in response to changing priorities and business needs.
- Monitor daily Fuel & Lubes delivery execution to ensure compliance with service commitments and targets.
- Identify and resolve distribution issues, delays, and disruptions.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports covering delivery performance and logistics productivity.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Inventory, Procurement, Finance, and HSSE teams to support distribution execution.
