Job summary

XCMG Indonesia is seeking a Sales Coordinator for spare parts based in Balikpapan. You will handle customers' spare parts procurement, verify orders, and prepare Sales and Outgoing Orders to ensure precise fulfillment.

You will liaise with the warehouse to guarantee timely deliveries and update stock visibility for customers. You will maintain the sales ledger, manage shortages, verify shipping data, and issue invoices in line with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in any major is required.
• Excellent English communication is essential.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Sales role, preferably Spare Parts Sales.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience handling key accounts is a plus.
• Willing to be based in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.

• Deliver invoices to customers in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain and update the billing ledger.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English is essential (proficient in Mandarin will be point plus)
• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Sales role, preferably in Spare Parts Sales or a related industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in handling key accounts or large-volume customer accounts is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills and target-oriented mindset.
• Willing to be based in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.
