Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte Ltd is assisting a leading Indonesian commercial vehicle company in finding a full-time Spare Parts Sales professional. You will build dealer and fleet relationships, hit targets, and drive quotations to close orders.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Engineering or Business, 3–8 years in automotive spare parts, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), strong English, and willingness to travel across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in automotive spare parts or aftersales.
• Experience selling spare parts to dealerships, distributors, or end customers.
• Good knowledge of automotive spare parts and distribution channels for heavy CVs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual spare parts sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, fleet customers, and workshops.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Monitor customer demand and coordinate with inventory and procurement teams to ensure product availability.
• Analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
• Handle customer concerns related to pricing, delivery, and availability.
• Prepare sales forecasts and periodic business reports.
• Support promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments where applicable.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in automotive spare parts or aftersales, preferably from a principal company.
• Experience selling spare parts to dealerships, distributors, or end customers.
• Good knowledge of automotive spare parts and distribution channels, particularly for heavy commercial vehicles, trucks, pickups, fleets, EVs, or four-wheelers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle and Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to travel across Indonesia.
• Good English communication skills, including preparing sales reports in English.
