Job summary

Nirvana Life Bali seeks a Spa Manager to lead all aspects of the luxury spa operations in Badung, Bali. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain high hygiene standards, and drive profitability through effective staffing, budgeting, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in spa management or a similar hospitality management role.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness therapies, and industry standards.
• Proven track record of managing teams with effective leadership.
• Excellent customer service orientation and guest experience focus.
• Financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
• Proficiency in spa management software and POS systems.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Fluent English; Indonesian or Mandarin desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily spa operations including scheduling, staffing, and resource management.
• Recruit, train, supervise and develop spa therapists and staff.
• Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards across all facilities.
• Monitor spa budgets, labour costs, and equipment maintenance to maximise profitability.
• Ensure high-quality treatments in line with company standards and guest expectations.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Develop and implement spa marketing strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
• Manage inventory of spa products, supplies and equipment.
• Liaise with front office, housekeeping, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor performance metrics and report to senior management.
• Stay updated with wellness trends and best practices to keep offerings competitive.
