Job summary

Accor Bali is seeking an Assistant Wellness & Lifestyles Manager with a background in spa management to develop, implement, and oversee holistic wellness, fitness, and lifestyle programs that elevate the guest experience and align with the hotel's brand values.

This role focuses on delivering safe, profitable operations, spa setup expertise, and staff leadership, while providing opportunities for career growth across Accor properties worldwide and contributing to CSR and ESG initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Tourism, Sports Science, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years in wellness, recreation, or lifestyle management (preferably in hospitality)
• Knowledge of yoga, fitness, and holistic wellness principles
• Having experience in a spa management and setup
• Understanding of safety standards, first aid, and hygiene practices
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage wellness, fitness, and lifestyle programs to enhance the guest experience
• Ensure operational excellence, safety, and profitability of the wellness and recreation department
• Align programs with hotel brand values and ESG initiatives
