Job summary

Raffles Bali is seeking a Spa & Wellbeing Manager to lead the Spa and Wellness operations across the resort, ensuring top-quality service and guest satisfaction. You will oversee staffing, training, budgets and wellness programs, while coordinating with other departments and external partners to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires a strong background in luxury spa operations, knowledge of wellness treatments, and the ability to manage multiple projects with a hands-on

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Spa and Wellness in a Luxury Property.
• Expert in Wellness and Wellbeing activities especially SPA treatments, Yoga, Tai Chi and Meditation.
• Hands on approach to day-to-day operation and staff management.
• Knowledge of local regulations related to SPA, Fitness and Wellness is a must.
• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of the Spa and Wellness across the Resort to exceed guest expectations.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, coaching and recognition programs.
• Manage budget, forecast revenue and expenses, and capital expenditure.
• Coordinate with other departments and external vendors/trainers to deliver wellness activities for guests.
• Ensure Spa SOPs, safety standards and regulatory compliance are consistently implemented.
