Uphold top-tier guest relation standards and address customer feedback or issues promptly and professionally.

Oversee spa cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.

Control inventory levels, track treatment products, and manage operational supply needs.

Assist in executing promotional initiatives to boost sales and revenue performance.

Generate periodic operational summaries, staff performance logs, and activity reports for leadership review.

Partner with upper management to continuously enhance service standards and workflow efficiency.

Job Requirements

Demonstrated background as a Spa Supervisor, Spa Manager, or in a comparable supervisory position.

Exceptional leadership, interpersonal communication, and team guidance capabilities.

Solid understanding of spa therapies, service offerings, and day-to-day operational procedures.

Guest-centric mindset with a dedication to delivering excellent customer experiences.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve operational issues efficiently.
