Job summary

Serenia Wellness in Medan, Indonesia is seeking a Spa Manager to lead daily operations of the spa. You will supervise therapists, front office, and housekeeping, ensure SOPs and service quality, and drive revenue through strategic planning and cost control.

You will build a disciplined, friendly team, mentor staff, manage inventory, and prepare sales and operational reports to monitor performance and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, hotel, salon, or retail is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Firm, honest, disciplined, detail-oriented and responsible.
• Able to use computer, Excel, and reporting systems.
• Customer service oriented and focused on achieving targets.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Domiciled in or willing to be placed in Medan.
