Job summary

PT Global Solusindo Kompudata is seeking an IT Solutions Pre-Sales Consultant in Jakarta. You will engage with enterprise customers, understand requirements, and present technical solutions across servers, cloud, and networking domains.

Responsibilities include conducting demonstrations, preparing proposals, and supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities. Strong communication, English proficiency, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS/CE or related field
Solid understanding of general IT concepts
Knowledge of server and cloud concepts
Experience with software applications and system integration
Ability to learn new technologies independently
Ability to read technical documentation and solution architecture
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience conducting product demonstrations and basic technical workshops
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience working with customers in pre-sales and post-sales stages
Willingness to undergo training and obtain vendor certifications
Proficient written and spoken English
