Job summary

Tech Data is seeking an energetic Solution Consultant to bridge between resellers, partners, and end-users across the region in Indonesia. You will drive pre-sales activities, design solutions, and coordinate deployments with VARs and vendors.

You will lead training, presentations at events, and provide technical guidance, POC deployments, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of vendor applications and portfolios.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in vendor or distributor roles or 5+ years in solution-driven reseller.
• Experience with Aruba or Cisco solutions.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• English proficiency; local language beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Directs Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, and Tech Support activities with VARs and end-users.
• Organizes enablement sessions, trainings, and webinars for partners.
• Analyzes customer inquiries and maps solutions.
• Conducts technical discussions to understand workflows and recommend solutions.
• Delivers product presentations to resellers and customers.
• Supports customer projects with vendor-related topics.
• Writes technical articles for internal/external media.
• Participates in marketing initiatives and industry events.
• Acts as industry subject matter expert for assigned product groups.
• Collaborates with customers and vendors to mitigate issues.
