Job summary

PT. Trinet Prima Solusi is seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Engineer to join our Professional Sales Department. You will act as the technical expert, aligning customer requirements with integrated IT solutions across private cloud, cybersecurity, network, data center, AI, IoT, and IT infrastructure.

You will deliver technical presentations, PoCs, and competitive proposals while collaborating with Enterprise Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Project Managers throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid certifications in Private Cloud, Cybersecurity, Network, Data Center, AI, IoT or IT Infrastructure.
• Certifications from Cisco, AWS, VMware, Microsoft, Fortinet or equivalent are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions including Cybersecurity, Network Infrastructure and Data Center.
• Experience with DevSecOps and IT infrastructure concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer business and technical requirements to design enterprise IT solutions.
• Design integrated technology solutions aligned with customer objectives.
• Prepare technical proposals, architectures, and documentation for projects.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, PoC for prospects.
• Collaborate with account managers, solution architects, and project managers across sales cycle.
• Provide technical consultation and product expertise during engagements.
• Stay updated with latest technologies and industry trends.
• Support sales in delivering competitive, value-driven enterprise solutions.
