Job summary

PT. Nusantara Compnet Integrator is seeking a Presales Engineer to gather customer requirements, analyze technical needs, and propose comprehensive IT solutions. You will prepare designs, BOMs, scopes of work, and schedules, and present technical proposals to clients.

The role requires S1 in IT/related fields, 2+ years in presales or similar, and strong English communication. You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams, with opportunities to demo and perform PoCs.

Qualifications

S1 graduate from IT, Information System, Telecommunication Engineering, or Computer Engineering
Having good knowledge in various IT technologies (Network, Security & Cloud-based solution) is an advantage
Having minimum of 2 years experience as Presales Engineer or similar
Having good communication in English
Fast learner and have attention to detail

Responsibilities

Gathering information from customer to identify customer’s needs
Analyzing, developing, and proposing technical solutions (technology and equipments)
Making design, bill of material, scope of works, schedule and proposal
Delivering presentation about technical solutions to customer
If needed, doing demo or proof of concept
Coordinating with external parties (vendors, principals, distributors) to obtain required information (price, demo equipment, technical specifications) to provide technical solutions
Coordinating with other department to provide required information before the project begin
