Job summary

PT Reycom Document Solusi is seeking a Presales/Product Specialist based in Jakarta. Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience, with strong communication and English skills, will thrive in a fast-paced IT distribution and system integration environment.

You will work with partners and principals to prepare proposals, conduct product presentations, and support technical documentation, while traveling to client sites and overseas as needed.

Qualifications

• Well-developed communication and presentation skills.
• Being proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Willing to travel outside Jakarta and overseas.
• Fresh Graduate or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Interest in Technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients or partners.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to win projects and achieve company goals.
• Maintain relations with Principals and Distributors.
• Negotiate with Principals for the best pricing.
• Prepare and update pipeline reports.
• Coordinate technical documents and proposals.
• Deliver solution proposals and product presentations.
• Demonstrate POC with Principal/Engineer Team and gather requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to solve issues and enhance product knowledge.
