Blibli is seeking a Technical Support Officer – IT Operations to provide hands-on IT support across the organization, including devices, printers, CCTV, and meeting room equipment. You will manage service tickets and assist with project implementations in a dynamic, field-focused role.

You’ll work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain devices, and document technical requirements, while delivering reliable operations and clear communication across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer engineering, CS, IS or related field.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of hardware, OS, software installation, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience assembling/disassembling laptops or PCs.
• Familiarity with workplace IT equipment like printers and CCTV.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on technical support for day-to-day IT operational issues across devices and meeting rooms.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and configure IT devices and equipment.
• Manage and follow up on technical support tickets with proper documentation and timelines.
• Support setup and standardization of IT devices across entities and locations.
• Conduct routine checks of IT facilities to ensure readiness for daily operations.
• Assist IT projects with device prep, requirements, and implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and device standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve IT operations.
