Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
Strong understanding of manufacturing, transport, and logistics operations, or willingness to quickly develop this knowledge.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think analytically and develop practical solutions.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in preparing technical documentation and reports.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients when required.

Responsibilities

Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.
Gather and analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Prepare analysis reports on sales opportunities, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Maintain records of client interactions, quotations, and sales activities.

Contribute to continuous improvement by gathering customer feedback and sharing insights.
