Job summary

TD SYNNEX Indonesia seeks energetic Solution Consultants to bridge between Resellers/VARs and end-users. You will analyze customer requirements, perform technical discussions, and design solutions across major vendor portfolios.

Responsibilities include pre-sales and post-sales activities, product demonstrations, POCs, deployments, and mentoring, plus creating technical content and driving solutions for regional customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years vendor and distributor experience or 5+ years in solution driven resellers.
• Experience with vendor solutions (e.g., Juniper).
• Knowledgeable in project management principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales, post-sales, consulting and technical support activities with VARs and end-users.
• Organize enablement activities: trainings, workshops, webinars.
• Conduct technical discussions, map customer workflows, and recommend solutions.
• Deliver POCs, deployment, installation and mentoring for solutions.
• Create technical articles and publish benchmarks for vendor products.
